Now that it is October, Financial Additions is gearing up for the 2016 HR Southwest Conference! HR Southwest will be celebrating their 75th anniversary, so it’s sure to be a good time for all. This conference is a wonderful time to engage with HR professionals from local and national organizations, and attend educational sessions to learn all about the latest trends. This year’s keynote speakers for the conference include Dina Dwyer-Owens and Alex Sheen. Owens has over 30 years of franchise industry experience and has written a book about her motto, Live R.I.C.H. She engages in international speaking engagements, serves on the board for The Dwyer Group, and appeared on reality TV show “Undercover Boss”. We are excited to hear what advice she brings on the importance of corporate culture.
Sheen started a nonprofit called Because I Said I Would, which is devoted to keeping promises, ending suffering, establishing peace, and building happiness. Sheen speaks about everything from the 52 week promise to time management tips. We look forward to hearing his inspiring message.
