As the 4th quarter of 2014 winds down, we are excited that this year has been filled with many new jobs and expanding opportunities for Metroplex finance and accounting professionals. The 2015 North Texas employment market is shaping up to be vibrant and fast growing. There are several indicators that support our high growth assertion including increased job orders, more counter offers, as well as our own internal growth rate.
Even with these internal indicators, however, it has been difficult to obtain real time data that specifically separates the finance and accounting hiring market in North Texas from the General Employment Reports. As an organization, we have made the commitment to tackle the lack of usable data in the form of this quarterly survey.
