			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As we approach the holiday season, Financial Additions is proud to announce that we are making a contribution to the San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County Ronald McDonald Houses in honor of our Southern California clients and candidates and to the Dallas-based Rainbow Days support program for at-risk kids in honor of our Dallas-Fort Worth clients and candidates. In addition to this one-time contribution, we are dedicating 1% of new staffing and search revenue realized during the month of December to these causes. We would love to provide assistance to your team while helping provide for these excellent charities.</p>

<p>For over 30 years, Ronald McDonald Houses have offered a comfortable, supportive and affordable &#8220;home away from home&#8221; for families of seriously ill children who are receiving care at a nearby hospital.
