Financial Additions Will Donate 1% of all New Sales in December to the Ronald McDonald House and to Rainbow Days
As we approach the holiday season, Financial Additions is proud to announce that we are making a contribution to the San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County Ronald McDonald Houses in honor of our Southern California clients and candidates and to the Dallas-based Rainbow Days support program for at-risk kids in honor of our Dallas-Fort Worth clients and candidates. In addition to this one-time contribution, we are dedicating 1% of new staffing and search revenue realized during the month of December to these causes. We would love to provide assistance to your team while helping provide for these excellent charities.
Ronald McDonald House
For over 30 years, Ronald McDonald Houses have offered a comfortable, supportive and affordable “home away from home” for families of seriously ill children who are receiving care at a nearby hospital. By helping to anchor families in very trying times, the Ronald McDonald House is a temporary home where loved ones can sleep, eat, relax, and find encouragement from others who share their same struggles. This charity keeps families together, helps them remain physically and emotionally strong, and alleviates the stress of finding an affordable place to stay. Helping families when they need it most is their goal.

Rainbow Days
Rainbow Days in Dallas gives children hope for a promising future by providing the skills and support they need to make healthy choices, stay drug free, and believe they have a purpose. Since the first support group in 1982,Rainbow Days has directly served more than 107,000 children in the Dallas Metroplex and trained over 30,0000 helping professionals to facilitate their award-winning Curriculum-Based Support Group Program.
