Resume Etiquette

Here are some tips on the topic of resume etiquette:

  • List job history and titles
  • List skills and accomplishments for each position held
  • State educational degrees and plans for future educational goals
  • Include active certifications (CPA, CMA, CIA, CPP, etc) and business awards
  • List only the organizations that are related to business activities
  • Triple check for spelling and grammatical errors
  • Do not lie
