Job Responsibilities:
• Establish and develop the entire Audit function from the ground up
• Review, evaluation and improvement of compliance matters
• Bring the organization up to speed with SOX
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA/CIA highly desirable
• 8+ years similar experience, 3+ in a managerial capacity
• Public accounting experience preferred
