Job Responsibilities:
• Management of all accounting functions
• Implementation of SEC reporting documentation for upcoming IPO
• Maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley procedures and ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Provide support to external auditors for annual audit and manage the entire accounting staff
Requirements:
• 8+ years experience in a similar position, candidates will be expected to understand Asian markets
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Advanced Degree and a CPA preferred
• Heavy exposure to complex ERP Systems
• Overseas travel required
