Financial Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) using SEC reporting software
• Prepare GAAP compliant financial statements
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls
• Research accounting issues
• Apply GAAP accordingly
• Maintain General Ledger Accounting functions that directly impact the financial statements
• Close financials each period in accordance with GAAP and internal policies
• Responsible for proper account review and reconciliation across the business
• Oversee control environment across the corporate and plant environments
• Ensure company compliance with SOX requirements
Ideal candidate will have a mix of public accounting and industry experience. CPA a plus! Big 4 experience and strong knowledge of SEC Reporting and SOX required!
